my one week old daughter wont let me put her down, i have to cook meals holding her, i have to take showers sometimes holding her and doing everything while holding her, laundry and she wont even let me put her in a sling.

Worried With Pain In The Lower Left Abdomen And Chest?

I have a dull pain in my lower left abdomen every now and again its a bit of a sharp quick pain. It feels like there is a lump in there or a small ball of some sort. Im not contstipated I have had two bowel movements today but I usually dont have bowel movement for 3-5 days at a time. I dont feel sick, I do have a headache and my chest hurts a little. When I cough I can really feel the pain in my lower left abdomen and when I get wind. I have only had it for 24-48 hours. I am overcautious when it comes to pain anywhere in my lower abdomen and I guess because its a dull pain, it feels like there is a lump or ball in there where the pain is and it kind of feels like its going to explode when i get wind or cough im just trying to get some opinions quickly as im worried about appendicitus although ive heard if you have that the pain is on the right side. I couldnt be pregnant ive just had my period. Any ideas on what it could be? and should I make a doctors appointment for tomorrow or go to the hospital?

I feel for you and I am so sorry you are going through this. It seems like maybe you are suffering from a depression. I am sorry you have had such a bad time of it. Try talking to someone you trust or try talking to someone who specializes in depression. Please believe me when I tell you even if it dose not feel like it your life is worth living and this world would be a much lonelier place without you in it. And as far as still being a virgin that is such a non issue it just means that when you meet the right person who is worth the love you have to give, you will be giving them the most precious gift that no one else has had. I need an opinion on noisy neighbors?

I would like an opinion on this incident. My husband and two young sons live in a duplex type apartment. Our living room wall is connected to someone else. In my personal opinion it is disrespectful to blast music when you're attached to another person's home. They blast their music so loud that we have to blast our tv to hear it..and they have surround sound which doesn't make it any better. I have a 2 year old and a six month old and I feel horrible turning the tv up so loud that my 2 year old can barely hear me when I call his name. And if they're sleeping/napping obviously I can't turn the tv up. I have been extremely nice about this until recently I finally got fed up with it and called the cops so they would know that we are serious and it is really disruptive to us. I didn't call the cops to try and get them in any serious trouble or arrested I just wanted to get my point across. I had tried several times before this to talk to them and they would act nice to my face of course but it would still continue on later. These people are late 20's and parents. The mother I guess finally worked up the nerve 2 weeks after the fact to come over and ask me about it. Not apologize but just to tell me that it was extreme and that she was a "social butterfly" and she "didn't feel like she could be herself because she had to worry about upsetting us." I tried reasoning with her and explaining that we can't enjoy an evening to ourselves to watch a movie that night because of them. She asked me if I could just "endear" it because it was only one night! I told her no and that I will not be uncomfortable in my own home just so they can blast music. We have never done or will ever do anything to disrespect them so is this such a huge request to ask of someone?

I am 8 months pregnant with my first baby. Up until now I had been feeling great apart from the usual tiredness etc. For the last couple of weeks I have been going through some real up and downs and my husband is really not contributing. I have been very sensitive and emotional and suffering with bad anxiety. I have been worrying a lot about our finances, As I am really the main breadwinner in our house. I have been worrying about going back to work when my daughter is borne as I really had hoped to have been a stay at home mum for while. Therefore, I have been looking into work from home jobs but there seem to be a lot of scams!. My husband had been great through my pregnancy. But the last few weeks he has been going through some stresses about money, child support, how we are going to survive once the baby is borne. He hasnt been helping me around the house when he knows how I have been feeling. (He does rub my feet and my back from time to time) I still work full time, I am 8 months, tired, cook and still do the cleaning! and he just complains about every smallest thing I ask him to do. I have spoken to him how I feel and he hasn't really got much to say. We are not doing much couple things these days as he always says we haven't got the money but there are plenty of things we can do that are priceless and he never seems motivated to wanting to these things! I am feeling very depressed about the whole situation! I am feeling lonely as I have no family here as they are in another country, I have made some friends here who are good listeners but they do not have time to meet these days as they have there own commitments. My head feels like it is going to explode! I keep crying and not feeling happy. I know feeling like this is not good for my health and my pregnancy I do honestly try to be positive but in reality my husband and I do have some problems that we need to address, we do talk about things but nothing ever seems to achieve or do we find conclusions. Yes, have him neutered. It is the only responsible thing to do. If he does belong to someone else, well, they aren't taking care of him, but it is highly unlikely, as he showed up on your back porch starving. We have the same issue. An extremely affectionate male cat, still intact, that we have tried to get to the vet for neutering, but not having any luck capturing him....he is an escape artist when it comes to getting him in the truck to get to the vet's. We even resorted to a live trap without any luck too. I now have an extremely affectionate porch cat, still intact, and limping on three legs. He was in a vicious fight and his leg is now broken, and I still can't get him to the vet to have it set. Fortunately the infection is cleared up, and hopefully someday soon he will be able to walk on all fours again. I can't imagine how much discomfort he is in and how many kittens he has spread out all over the county. Have yours neutered and don't regret a moment that you did.

Can i pursue a "patient Negligence" claim on my doctor?

I recently broke my left clavicle( third time now), so i knew it was broke. i made the appointment for my Doctor, to get a referral to an orthopedic doctor. while waiting for that appointment i went to my Chiropractors office to ice and relax. He was kind enough to X-ray it for me. and the bone was obviously broken and the outer bone has plainly dropped in angle and rotated. My Chiropractor told me it looked displaced( gap between the bone ends.) So the day of my Orthopedic appointment i had already bought a sling and arrived at the office. i was put in the room and told the assistant what had happened and handed her the Xray which she put on the projector. A few minutes later the Dr walks in and immediately sits next to me and asks " Well, what do you think we should do?" i told him i didn't know, but had been told it was displaced and since im VERY active, i figured it might need a pin or plate to help it heal. He then told me that it wasn't displaced and just to keep the sling on and i should be able to start moving it within 2 weeks... ARE YOU SERIOUS????? both times i broke it before it broke on the end of the bone closest to my chest. and it wook 6-8 weeks before i could really start using it.... BUT i took his word for it since he is a DOCTOR. EVEN THOUGH, every time i take a step when walking i can feel it moving around. and HE DIDN'T EVEN TAKE HIS OWN XRAYS!!!!!! i mean all i had to do was walk in with a referral and a phony xray and i walk out with a full Rx of OXYCONTIN????? all of this doesn't add up... Especially when i went back to my chiropractor and told him and he IMMEDIATELY told me to go get a second opinion. he said he had been talking to his wife who is also a doctor and they both agreed that 90% of the time when a break happens dead center of a bone, that they put in at least a pin to help stabilize it.. SO can anyone who knows medical or medical legal issues please give me a bit of advice???? should i get an attorney and go for a second opinion. Last time i had an attorney, him and the doctor made off with over $40k, and i was left with nothing but a crappy pieced together shoulder.... help please...

I would start off by getting additional movies that have the actor you like most. I use to do this with my huge collection and now I am getting rid of them all. It takes too much room. Should I stop taking the pill?

Hi. Just wanted to tell you you're not alone. I took the pill last year and ended up in hospital. I got migraines when taking it and never got them before. I went to my doctor and told him that when I took my break for the week I would get a migraine when I started the new pack so he told me to not take a break and to take the pill all the time. I got a severe migraine and ended up in hospital. It scared the life out of me because at first they thought I had a stroke but then they realised it was the increase in hormone that had caused it. While taking the pill I cried all the time over really silly things, I would get hot flashes, was tired all the time and had absolutely no energy, increased anxiety and felt like you that my head was going to explode from the feelings I was getting. After the hospital I never went back on it.I was taking the pill for PCOS so went to see a Gyno and was put on different medication. So it depends on what you are on the pill for, if it's for irregular periods your doctor should be able to help you find something else or skip the doctor and go straight to a Gyno, if it's for birth control then try the coil. Whatever it's for I would advise you that you go to your doctor straight away to ask to come off it. If they start talking about stress or depression stop them straight away and tell them it's not that it's hormones. My doctor tried to fob me off so many times that it was depression and it wasn't until I ended up in hospital did they start to listen to me. My Gyno told me I should never have been put on it the way I was. Some people just can't take the pill. You want to enjoy your holiday so come off as soon as you. What's wrong with me? I'm losing it!?

I'm a 16 year old girl. I live a happy life, but my family has a history of severe panic and anxiety/depression problems. I'm also struggling with bulimia. I'm 5'4 119 pounds and generally very healthy. I can run a mile in 7:30 minutes. A few days ago I started getting shortness of breath. My chest hurt a little bit and also my arms and legs began to hurt especially in my joints. I wake up extremely early as well. I went to the doctor because I thought I was having a heart attack. She said I was fine and that it was anxiety related. It's been 3 days and I feel the same. I still feel like I'm going to die. I spend all of my time feeling paranoid and like my life is going to end any moment. I think everything I do is going to be the last thing I do. I worry constantly about the people I care about too. If someone doesn't answer their phone I lose it and think they're dead or have been in a horrible accident. I can't stand to walk alone anymore either. I feel like someone is going to jump out and rape me or kill me. I have also developed an intense fear of my bedroom and can't sleep in it. I feel like I'm on the verge of a breakdown and I don't know what to do. I worry so much that I feel like I'm going to explode. I'm so tired of being terrified of death and assuming that it's right around the corner. I don't know what to do. I feel like i need to be admitted in a psychiatric facility. Help me :(

BF is in a hurry to get married - we are looking at January. Lately, I've noticed that he does very little in our home (we live together). What would be the easiest way to fly with a 2 month old?

Ideally I would rather not travel so early with my little one, but with the doctors go-ahead we need to take a weekend trip. The things I need to take are 1 suitcase, car seat, and diaper bag. I am going to be carrying the baby in a sling. I would buy a second ticket and just put him in the car seat next to me but given the holiday tickets are quite expensive. I'm thinking I will just check my suitcase and car seat and just worry about carrying the diaper bag (in addition to him/the sling). The idea is to have as little as possible getting on the plane. Whats up with watermelons. If I have broken my clavicle (collarbone) and I can move my arm after a few days does that mean it has healed?

I broke my collar bone on Saturday, since then it has been extremely painful and hard to use it or raise it to a certain point. I spoke to my doctor and I got an X-ray and he said I had broken the clavicle, I have an appointment today for either surgery or another solution, I have been using a sling since Saturday and have been taking ibuprofen, my arm now feels a lot better, it feels as if it has healed, is there a possibility it could have already healed and the bones are back in place because of the sling or is it because I am taking pain relief?

Pain in left lower abdomen?

I have a dull pain in my lower left abdomen every now and again its a bit of a sharp quick pain. It feels like there is a lump in there or a small ball of some sort. Im not contstipated I have had two bowel movements today but I usually dont have bowel movement for 3-5 days at a time. I dont feel sick, I do have a headache and my chest hurts a little. When I cough I can really feel the pain in my lower left abdomen and when I get wind. I have only had it for 24-48 hours. I am overcautious when it comes to pain anywhere in my lower abdomen and I guess because its a dull pain, it feels like there is a lump or ball in there where the pain is and it kind of feels like its going to explode when i get wind or cough im just trying to get some opinions quickly as im worried about appendicitus although ive heard if you have that the pain is on the right side. Hey everyone.. So I have a ridiculous problem, and I realize that even as I'm typing this, but that doesn't make it go away.. Preparing the soil and garden for planting?

I moved into a new house last winter and was delighted to hear it had a huge garden in the backyard. Unfortunately, once the snow melted I was disappointed to find it in awful shape. I have fixed the stones around the edges and removed all the garbage and such but once it got the slightest bit warm it exploded with weeds of every sort. Severe headache, what can I do?

I think it's a habit that some people have and most of the time don't even realize they are doing it. I just got my license last week. And i have been spending a lot of time with my friends. Today i called to make sure the party was still on. I ended up having to go to a random persons house to ask for help and if i could use there phone because when i got mad i slung mine into the car and i couldn't find it. He unlocked my steering wheel and i finally found my phone. I called my dad and told him what happened and he got mad. I also called my Boyfriend and he got mad. Why do my front door speakers not always work in my car?

I have had my stereo system in my car for quiet a while. The door speakers are stock, the head unit is not, and I added 2 10 inch subs with a 1000 watt sony explode amp. The whole setup has worked. Recently though my front door speakers stopped working. They are off most of the time but sometimes they'll randomly come on (going around turns, stopping, sometimes just cruising) and they'll stay on at that point until I shut the car off (most of the time). It leads me to believe that its wiring but I've checked all of them as far as the head unit goes. I even put the stock unit in and it didn't do anything.

How long does it take to heal a fractured elbow?

About 2 months ago, i was riding a bike and fell and landed on outstretched arms. I couldnt move my arm at all the first day. so i go get xrays. the doctor at first looks at it and says nothing is wrong maybe just strained muscles. but i get a call later and he found a nondislocated fracture of my radial head. i let it rest for about a month in a sling with limited movement. now, 2 months later, i have no pain at all but i cant completely outstretch it. when i say no pain i mean i cant even notice i fractured it. but i just got back into exercising (minor weightlifting and pushups and swimming) and i went back to work washing dishes (**** job :) ) but i woke up this morning and now its sore.....i was wondering how long it would take to heal?

Convert Mountain Bike to Road or Commuter Bike?

Alright I have a NEXT Power X Mountain Bike and I find that I am riding down the road much more than in the woods or off road. I have heard that putting slicks on is about all I can do. I am curious if maybe a bigger rim could fit, or larger sprocket for increased speed. Also I want to know about fenders to reduce getting hit my serious gravel/ mud and even some kind of rear bag or basket above the rear wheel to carry stuff. Once I was staying in room with my friends. It was about night and I went to bed. As I was wearing spectacles, I wanted to remove it and keep it on the table near by. I was already on bed and hesitating to step on floor I turned to put my spects to the table from my bed itself. Unfortunately my legs slipped and I fell down in such a position where my right arm on the table and legs on the bed with my middle body went down between the table and bed. I felt my shoulder twisted hardly. When I got up i was unable to move my arm and was having a pain. I went to bed within few seconds i became unconcious of severe pain. My friend showered water on my face which turned me on. The whole night I was unable to move my arm. Next day I wen to the doctor who prescribed an X ray. After checking it he told there is a swelling on the shoulder which shoul be kept in slings for 3 weeks. I did so within 2-3 days my pain disappeared. Then about six months later I played shuttle badminton for long time but had no effect on my injury. A 3 more months later I came to Saudi Arabia where the season was winter. I played badminton again, while making a serve my hand slipped out again and went back to its positin. It was so painful and i became disappointed and it happened again after 1 year while tryng to play the game again. When i came back to India I tried to play cricket. while throwing the ball in fast mode as all cricketers do, i was having no problem. but while throwing the ball as a fielder, I again felt my arm dislocating..then i feared to play. whats my problem here and how can i get it cured? pls someone help me....
