Is this a so called best friend?

I recently added a post to a popular social network..I made a general post about some snow we had in the area. She comments on my page Girl quit your snot slinging on FB and Just learn how to drive in it and deal wit it!!!!......it's WINTER and besides we get more snow than the y'all anyway!!! Haha" I feel like she is always putting me on blast...and it's a way to joke with people. She has always been jealous of me and high school talking about the way I looked and she even stop talking to me for no reason in high school, and gang up on with some other girls. By the way I've helped her when she was down and out! We recently tried to put our friend back together but I think about how she was. I can never confide in her because I feel she never has nothing positive to say. She said I over reacted about the situation, but this was built up anger from the past until now. Is she my so called best friend?
