Water fight victory with my enemy?

I am having a water fight with my worst enemy.He is my next door neighbor.Does anyone have some advice on how to win him.I have a super soaker shot blast two ordinary pump guns and a flash flood.I have a couple of 100s of water bombs.A sling shot and about 15 bottles.Please can some one help me.But there is a twist the guy i am having a water fight with is not going to come out of his garden.And i cant go it the garden as it will be locked do you kow a way i can win and get in his garden.Also i have a bucket please can people send replys as soon as possible.
