Im Having friend problems. Can someone give me advice please ? =(?

I just got my license last week. And i have been spending a lot of time with my friends. Today i called to make sure the party was still on. And they told me no but they still wanted me to come over . so i told them i would be over shortly and that i couldn't stay long cause i was gonna go put applications in for a job. Well i left around 3 and when i got over there they were getting in her moms car about to leave. It was my friend kellie and 2 others. one of which i have been friends with for 12 years. well i pulled up and got out and asked them where they were going and they said " Oh Somewhere" and they had that sneaky face like they were trying to hide something. Well i got mad because i had wasted my gas going over there and it made me mad that they wouldn't tell me so i got in my car and i left. And right when i went across the bridge in her subdivision my steering wheel locked up on me and i had to go to the side of the road and stop. i sat there wondering what had just happened and right when i was about to get out of my car her mom and her and everyone else flies right by me going probably around 40 mph in a 25 mph speed zone cause its a subdivision. theydidn'tt even stop to see if i was ok or anything and they almost hit me to. I ended up having to go to a random persons house to ask for help and if i could use there phone because when i got mad i slung mine into the car and i couldn't find it. He unlocked my steering wheel and i finally found my phone. I called my dad and told him what happened and he got mad. I also called my Boyfriend and he got mad. I took the car home and around 3 hours later. Her and her mom and everyone else showed up in my driveway. I had been talking to myBF/sister about it Ashley and she told me that i just needed to let things cool down. But my dad was so mad that they didn't stop to see if i needed help and they got into it. which he made a good point because they should have stopped even if they didn't know if something was wrong or not. And he told them that if he saw her daughter or any of them on the side of the road whether they were in the car or not that he would stop and check on them. Anyway all they could say was sorry and they lied about alot of things because, They said they didn't know where they were going but they did know they were going swimming and they didn't want to tell me. So my dad was mad because they made me feel left out. But now im not sure what to do because i doubt we will be friends after all of this. Im not sure i just really need some advice. Can someone help me please ? =(
