Broken wrist + codeine? quick help!!!!?

hours ago i had surgery on my wrist and got a screw put in it but when i got hope i just ran around and kept working and i have a full stomach and i took Tylenol with codeine over an hour ago and my arm feels like its going to explode!!! im about to chop it off!!!! is it because i worked then took it and ate too much? cause my mom went to go get loratab but im afraid that i just screwed up by using my wrist and typing freaking kills!!!
