I cant move my arms after working out...what is the best thing for me to do?
So I'm sure you have heard of this situation before but I will state it again. I worked out for the first time in about 2 years and being a man/idiot I lifted more than I can handle. At the time it felt good and I thought that the sign of a good "burn" was me doing something right. Man was I wrong the next morning. I couldn't bend my arms in a 90 degree angle. The most I can get out of either of them is 45. It took me almost an hour and a half to shower and change. However I knew with time that this would go away. Man was I wrong, first of all I couldn't sleep because i couldn't bend my arms and second when I woke up the next morning my left arm felt worse than the day before. (Probably cause I habitually sleep on my arm under the pillow and that's how I woke up which wouldn't be a problem normally but since my arms were already in a bad state it felt worse. So I was scrolling online and I noticed that there were products to help with pain for this exact problem. The top 2 were bengay and icyhot. So....which one would you recommend?...also is the cream better then the patch?...is the sling better than the patch?....I would probably like getting the cream cause it seems like something that would be easier to use and more convenient. But hey im 25 and this is the first time this has happened to me. Suggestions?
